String students of the DG, Malmedy and Welkenraedt academies trained over the last five decades, as well as numerous teachers, unite their “bow strokes” to form a large string orchestra.
For the 50th anniversary of the “Musikakademie der DG”, Paul Pankert composed a new work for strings “50 years – 50 exercises”, which will be premiered on this occasion.
Also on the program works by Telemann, Bach, Mozart, Tchaikovsky…
